Registration N829AR cancelled on February 8, 2012. Aircraft
exported to Pakistan. Registered in Pakistan as AP-BJN for
Shaheen Air International, February 9, 2012. On April 22,
2012, AP-BJN was operating Shaheen Air flight NL-122 from Islamabad to
Karachi. During landing at Karachi Airport, the port-side
main landing gear of the aircraft collapsed and ruptured
port-side wing upper surface. All passengers and crew
members remained safe and unhurt in this incident. Aircraft
re-registered as AP-BJN on October 2, 2012. On December 30,
2014, AP-BJN as Shaheen Air flight NL-148 from Karachi was
on short finals to Lahore Airport Runway 36R when its nose
gear suffered bird hit. The bird hit damaged a control cable
of nose gear and the aircraft veered off runway after
landing. Port-side main landing gear of the aircraft also
got fractured in the accident. All passengers and crew
members remained safe. |
