Kong, China, as VR-HOL. Delivered to Cathay Pacific on
February 12, 1987. After return of Hong Kong to People's
Republic of China, aircraft registered in China as B-HOL,
July 21, 1997. Leased out to PIA, April 28, 1999. Aircraft
registered in Pakistan as AP-BFX. Aircraft purchased by PIA
in 2002. AP-BFX named "Karachi - Green Turtle Waters" and
received Sindh Province tail design as part of Pakistan
province tails livery introduced by PIA in 2006. Aircraft
withdrawn from use in June 2008. Parked at Karachi Airport
and used as spares source. Registration AP-BFX removed from
Pakistan Aircraft Register on January 13, 2009. Sale notice
for scrap structure of AP-BFX appeared in July 25, 2010,
newspaper. Broken up at Karachi Airport in 2011. |
