Additional Remarks:   Construction number 21035. First flight February 27, 1975. Registered in Portugal as CS-TJD for TAP (Transportes Aéreos Portugueses) Portugal. Delivered to TAP Portugal on October 17, 1975. Registered in Pakistan as AP-AYW. Leased out to PIA, April 12, 1976. Aircraft purchased by PIA from TAP Portugal, April 30, 1980. On February 4, 1986, AP-AYW operating PIA flight PK-300 from Karachi to Islamabad made belly landing at Islamabad Airport due to cockpit crew error. All 17 crew members and 247 passengers aboard the aircraft survived the accident. The aircraft was repaired and returned to active service. In 1997, aircraft named "City of Peshawar" to celebrate Pakistan's 50 years of independence. Aircraft withdrawn from use in 1999 and stored at Karachi Airport. Aircraft reactivate and returned to service. Registration AP-AYW removed from Pakistan Aircraft Register on September 16, 2005. On September 19, 2005, aircraft sold to Evergreen Aircraft Sales & Leasing. Registered in United States of America (USA) as N559EV. Aircraft ferried to USA via Glasgow - Prestwick (PIK / EGPK) Airport, Scotland, United Kingdom. Aircraft seen at Glasgow on September 22, 2005 on ferry flight to USA. Aircraft seen stored at Marana - Pinal Airpark (Silver Bell AHP) (MZJ) Airport, Arizona, USA, on December 21, 2005 without engines. Aircraft acquired by Baltia Air Lines, November 20, 2009. Registered in USA as N705BL for Baltia Air Lines, December 7, 2009. Aircraft ferried to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Subang, Selangor, Malaysia, August 3, 2010. Aircraft sold in Malaysia on January 11, 2012, on "As Is, Where Is" basis for one hundred forty-four thousand one hundred sixty-four dollars and six cents (US $144,164.06). Registration N705BL cancelled, May 7, 2012. Aircraft sale in Malaysia confirmed by seller Baltia Air Lines, May 14, 2012. Aircraft broken up/scrapped in Malaysia, June 2012.
