Registered in Pakistan as AP-AUV for PIA. Registration PH-FLA cancelled on June 14, 1967. Delivered to PIA on June 14, 1967. On December 31, 1970, AP-AUV crashed near Shamshernagar Airport, East Pakistan. The crashed aircraft caught fire and burnt out. There were 4 crew members and 31 passengers aboard the aircraft. 7 passengers died in this accident. Registration AP-AUV removed from Pakistan Aircraft Register on September 20, 1971.
