Ninth Air Force, April 25, 1944. DivG., November 4, 1946. To Scottish Aviation. Registered in Netherlands as PH-TBN for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij), February 23, 1946. Registered in Pakistan as AP-ACE, Pak Air, December 31, 1947. Operated by Pak Air, February 11, 1948. On November 26, 1948, AP-ACE was operating flight from Karachi to Lahore with 5 crew members and 16 passengers onboard. The aircraft caught fire due to leaking fuel and crashed near Vehari, 70 miles from Multan in West Pakistan. All 21 people aboard the aircraft died in this accident. Registration AP-ACE removed from Pakistan Aircraft Register on December 14, 1948.
